- Roast Turkey Tandoori & Jus Sauce
- Beef Rib Tandoori & Beef Jus Sauce with Almond Fresh Herb Stuffed Rice and Roast Root Vegetables
- The dessert finale is Chocolate Mousse with Pomegranate and Hazelnut Crumble.
